for each patient of a couple or a family. Quality, direct Primary Care for the whole family. *

Note: We are currently only accepting adult patients ages 18 and up. We are planning to possibly offer services to teenagers and children in the future, check back for updates.
Note on Government Funded programs: Membership at EmpowerMed DPC is not available at this time to beneficiaries of any government healthcare program such as: Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE/CHAMPUS/CHAMPVA, the Veterans’ Administration, or the Indian Health Service.
